Sometimes when you grow close to an artist’s music, it feels as if you grow close to the artist.<\/p>\n

l remember exactly where l was when l found out that he passed away. l vividly recall reading the headline and cross-referencing it with numerous other articles until l truly and finally believed it. l was in shock. l was devastated. l felt as if l had lost a friend – a friend who had consoled me in times of sorrow; a friend whom l had confided in; a friend who knew my secrets, my feelings, my deepest desires.<\/p>\n

Over the years l’ve found myself returning, time and time again, to his music, and now, after hours of arranging, composing, rehearsing, and time in the Studio, l’ve finally recorded my interpretations of his genius works. l present this album as an inspired and loving tribute, and as an eternal thank you to the one and only Leonard Cohen.<\/p>\n
