Mai 1970 in der Hamburger Musikhalle das erste Konzert in seiner Karriere als Songschreiber und S\u00e4nger. Mit den \u00fcberschwenglichen Filmkritiken und dem Erfolg seiner ersten beiden LPs \u201cSongs Of Leonard Cohen\u201d (1967\/ 1968) und \u201cSongs From A Room\u201d (1969) (produziert von Bob Johnston) im R\u00fccken begab sich Leonard Cohen auf Dr\u00e4ngen von Bob Johnston, der ihm von 1970 bis 1972 als Manager und Begleitmusiker zur Seite stand, auf seine erste Europa-Tournee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Nn 4 May 1970 in the Hamburg Music Hall Leonard Cohen gave the first concert in his career as a songwriter and singer.Backed by the exuberant film reviews and the success of his first two LPs, Leonard Cohen embarked on his first European tour at the insistence of Bob Johnston, who served as manager and accompanist from 1970 to 1972. <\/em><em>Bob Johnston (Cohen\u2019s Nashville-based Columbia A&amp;R staff producer), and Nashville musicians Charlie Daniels (electric bass, fiddle), Ron Cornelius (lead guitar), and Elkin \u2018Bubba\u2019 Fowler (bass, banjo). They were joined by backup singers Corlynn Hanney, Susan Musmanno, and Donna Washburn.
