sometimes it could be so easy to ask for permission … and to get a permission to do things, you should not do, if you dont have permission….strange times, anyway
KW-50-2022: Leonard Cohen Live At Rock At The Ring Festival 1993 in Germany – Hey, THOSE ARE MY PHOTOS and that`s no way to … use my photos – How one of those so- and self-called „Facebook-Amabassadors“ use other people`s photos for their own purpose without my permission
Just discovered on the net and already a bit irritated. One collector gives my photos to another without asking me if he is allowed to do so and the other simply posts them without my permission. These photos are protected by copyright. And the copyrights and rights of use belong to me and not to the two who do not respect this right. One wonders why they didn’t ask for permission? Perhaps because they were aware of not respecting the law and attacking the property of others?
To put it succinctly: There was and is no permission to post these (my) photos. In addition, the source is not named correctly and not completely, which may indicate the quality and quality of some research.
Gerade im Netz entdeckt und schon etwas irritiert. Da gibt ein Sammler, einem anderen meine Fotos, ohne mich zu fragen, ob er das darf und der andere postet sie einfach ohne meine Erlaubnis einzuholen. Diese Photos sind urheberrechtlich geschützt. Und die Urheberrechte und Nutzungsrechte liegen bei mir und nicht bei den beiden, die dieses Recht nicht respektieren. Man fragt sich wohl, warum sie nicht nach Erlaubnis fragten? Vielleicht, weil sie sich darüber bewußt waren, das Recht nicht zu respektieren und sich am Eigentum anderer zu vergreifen?
Um es kurz knapp und bündig zu formulieren: Für das Posten dieser (meiner) Fotos lag und liegt keine Genehmigung vor. Noch dazu wird die Quelle nicht korrekt und nicht vollständig genannt, was vielleicht womöglich auf die Güte und Qualität so mancher Recherche hinweist.
